Accommodation rules

Accommodation rules are valid from 1.6. 2023

1st

Hotel is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. To this end the competent host hotel employees immediately upon arrival their valid identity card or passport or other valid proof of identity. Hotel Guest expenses, immediately upon registration, accommodation card stating the name of the hotel, the guest’s name, room number, per-day accommodation, length of stay and time of checkout on the last day of your stay with instructions for the safekeeping of valuables in the hotel safe.

2nd

On arrival has guest staying at the hotel is host to request obligated to present a valid ID at the staff.

3rd

Hotel may, in special cases to offer guests other than the agreed accommodation, if not substantially different from the confirmed order.

On the basis of the confirmed order is obliged to accommodate a guest hotel from 14:00 to 24:00. – By this time the room for a guest book, it is not – if the order otherwise.

The right to damages shall be exercised at the hotel without undue delay, but not later than 5 days after the date on which the injured party learned of the damage.

Host can use the room for the agreed period. It was not – if the period of accommodation arranged in advance, logs guest stay later than 10:00. For accommodation and other services provided guest is obliged to pay the price in accordance with the valid price list upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance, but after a maximum period of 7 consecutive days.The balance is payable upon presentation.

Complaints and any suggestions for improvement activity to accept the hotel management.

Host by paying damages, unless he proves that her fault.

22nd

Host is obligated to comply with the provisions of the House Rules. If it breaks, the hotel has the right to contract for the provision of accommodation services to resign before the end of the agreed period.

23rd

In special cases hotel can request the payment in advance.

24th

If the guest uses hotel car park, the fee is corresponding to current price list. Hotel is not repsonsible for car damage.

25th

The whole hotel is non smoking (except special smoking rooms and hotel terrace).  Smoking is fined by 5000,- CZK.
